Monkey Bottom - Rental

Our intent is to foster the creative community spirit in Durham. The space has been designed to provide artists with an alternative to traditional galleries by inviting them to create their own shows in an affordable gallery space. We are also offering the space to our community to rent for diverse uses: performance, art, dance, video, parties, classes, acoustical music rehearsals... For ongoing activities or singular events.

Rental rates will vary, factoring utilities, assistance needed, maintenance, etc. Est daily rent $ 50 -150
